Many SLPVA members have reported that Don Sheedy has provided good health plans at rates below those charged by the Department's provider.

SLPVA members have been offered favorable rates by Dr. Kyle LeBlanc, DC.  Dr. LeBlanc is a network provider for the Department's Blue Cross & Blue Shield Retiree health insurance (both Basic and Buy-up).  About a dozen SPLVA members are patients of Dr. LeBlanc.
